The Manna House Pantry is a 501c(3) Non-Profit Organization
The Manna House Pantry is a community outreach ministry of Mt. Prospect Baptist Church, providing emergency food assistance to families and individuals in our community who need to be supported.
With the tireless dedication and commitment of our volunteers, the generosity of our contributors we served over 8500 families and distributed nearly 222,000 pounds of nutritious food in 2020.
We are located at the Pathway’s Community Center, 546 S. Cherry Road, Suite J, Rock Hill SC 29732.

MPBC Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Every year on Thanksgiving Day our church family prepares and serves a community Thanksgiving dinner. The dinner is about meeting our community’s spiritual and nutritional needs.
Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen
On the 4th Tuesday of each month our family of volunteers prepare and serve free hot meals to the less fortunate at the Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen which is a regular benevolence of First Presbyterian Church of Rock Hill. It is an interdenominational project of the churches in Rock Hill. The Soup Kitchen provides a free hot meal from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Family Promise Shelter
MPBC volunteer husband and wife teams stay overnight at the homeless shelter. Family Promise of York County (FPYC) is a local not-for-profit organization that provides a comprehensive program of meals, shelter, support services, and life skills training for homeless parents and children through coordination with area churches, social service agencies, and volunteers.
